Download your Volatility Data Spreadsheet

Last Friday's livestream was talking about the Volatility Data Spreadsheet that you can download in the course library section of the website.  You can check out that livestream here.  I update it quarterly and typically add something to it each time.  However, whenever I do this I do get a bunch of emails asking where it is so let me clear this up

What is included?

• VIX futures back to inception
• Cash VIX Term Structure data  (VIX9D, VIX, VIX3M, etc)
• Volatility ETF & index data back to 2004
• Crypto prices
• Volatility ETF landscape course lessons
• VTS portfolio course lessons

How to download it 

Step 1:  Go to the website  (VolatilityTradingStrategies.com)  and navigate to the "subscribe" tab to claim your FREE trial to VTS.  What you do with the subscription after the 2 week free trial is up to you, but you'll need to subscribe to download the spreadsheet.

Step 2:  Once you've subscribed  (or if you're already a VTS member)  on the website, click your picture / avatar on the right.  It probably doesn't have your face on it, just a blank avatar.

In the dropdown menu, click "My Library"

Step 3:  That will take you to your full course library and you'll see all the available courses.

* Remember, they are all works in progress so I just keep adding to them as I finish more lessons.

Step 4:  Scroll down to find the course labelled "Volatility Data Spreadsheet Course"

* It's also lesson 13 in the Welcome package course so you can get to the lesson in either spot, it's the same lesson.

Step 5:  There's currently only 1 lesson inside this course.  The plan down the road is to actually run some backtests to give people trading ideas, record the videos, and include them in this course.

On the right side is the download link, it will start automatically when you click the hyperlink.  You'll need Microsoft Excel to run it, either PC or Mac version is fine.

Step 6:  Tune in to our livestreams because we'll be talking about the spreadsheet regularly throughout.  Testing of Volatility strategies, learning how the products function, doing some crypto trading, etc.
